29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) Job site: Mor 44 Pad 00+50, Graysville PA 15337, on or about October 30, 2018 at approximately 5:45 p.m. employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards of overhead power lines when operating a 350 John Deer Excavator in close proximity to 25kV overhead power lines.
