29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:     Worksite located at 900 Watson Dr., Kearney, Missouri- Employee was observed using pneumatic nail guns as well as hand held tools such as, but not limited to, hammers and were not protected from injury by the safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift:     Worksite located at 900 Watson Dr., Kearney, Missouri- Employee was observed working in an aerial lift and had not connected a lanyard to his harness to protect the employee from falling or being catapulted out of the lift.
