29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system:     (a) 1079 Shoemaker Ave, Shoemakersville, PA - On or about November 18, 2018, employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on a low roof (slope less than or equal to 4 in 12), with unprotected sides and edges, approximately 16 feet above the ground on the front eave of the building, and without being protected from falling by a guardrail system with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems or monitoring system in place.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
