The scaffold had two support ladders, and the brackets that supported the aluminum pik were on the outside (the side away from the house) of the ladder. An employee had to climb over the brackets on the support ladder to access & exit the pik. A separate access ladder to the pik was not provided.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
