Observed on or about on 11/16/2018  b)House of Spice India, Edison, NJ- Throughout the warehouse racking system-  Merchandise was not interlocked or secured to prevent sliding or collapse, exposing the employees to struck by hazards.  Observed on or about 11/16/2018.
