29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    Jobsite located at 404 Merrow Road, Tolland, Connecticut:  On, or about, October 27, 2018, an employee was working in the elevated bucket of Versa Lift Model Tel29NE-02 aerial lift to paint an overhead canopy.  He was not wearing personal fall restraint or arrest equipment.
