29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided:  Talise De Culebra Subdivision: On or about November 26, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by flying projectiles, while using a pneumatic nail gun to install frame trusses without the use of eye protection.
