Effective information and training was not provided to employees exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to "Natural Chemistry - Clean and Perfect" and "Pinch-A-Penny Liquid Chlorinating Product", that included measures employees could take to protect themselves from the hazards of these chemicals.
