On or about November 30, 2018 at 49-01 Maspeth Avenue, Maspeth, NY 11378   An emergency exit route within the building was observed obstructed by baked goods cooling racks preventing prompt and safe egress from the building in the event of a fire and/or other emergency. 29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:  A.) On or about November 30, 2018 at 49-01 Maspeth Avenue, Maspeth, NY 11378  The employer failed to provide employees that use respirators (i.e. Particulate Respirator N95) on a voluntary basis while cleaning bakery equipment and the bakery area Appendix D of the Respiratory Protection Standard.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
