29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1):   Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood whcih completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut.   a)  660 South Orange Avenue, Livingston, NJ.  Employees were exposed to amputation hazards as the DEWALT table saw being used was missing its blade guard.                              Violation observed on or about 11/19/2018.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  660 South Orange Avenue, Livingston, NJ.  Employees were exposed to 23 foot falls to the ground below while working from the upper balcony as no methods of fall protection were in place.                              Violation observed on or about 11/19/2018.
