OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards: 2 Winterberry Lane, Plymouth MA - Employees were using a Ridgid Model 300-T2 Power Drive, serial number ED22265 A95 for threading a piece of pipe where the employer had removed the momentary contact device (foot pedal) exposing employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards from rotating parts.
