29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a) On or about November 27, 2018, Tigers Commercial Roofs LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Alfredo Melendre, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as but not limited to, fall hazards while employees conducted re-roofing operations on a multi-family residential home at 16346 E Fremont Ave, Building 8, Aurora, CO 80016.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
