29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  Worcester Remodeling, Inc., 62 Chestnut St., Spencer, Massachusetts; The employer did not certify the abatement within 10 calendar days of the abatement dates for the citation items which were issued on February 7, 2019.  a. Citation 1 item 1 - 29 CFR 1926.25(a) - During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from the work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures.  Abatement due date: February 15, 2019.  b. Citation 1 item 2 - 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) - Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  Abatement due date: February 15, 2019.  c.  Citation 1 item 3(a) - 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
