On or about December 7, 2018, in the office area, an enclosed stairway with 13 risers was not provide with a handrail thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.  b. On or about December 7, 2018, in the shop area, an enclosed stairway with 16 risers was not provide with a handrail thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.  c. On or about December 7, 2018, Building 2, in the service/storage area, an open sided stairway with 6 risers was not provide with a handrail thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.  d. On or about December 7, 2018, Building 2, in the mechanics shop area, an open sided stairway with 7 risers was not provide with a handrail thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  On or about December 15, 2018, in the wood shop area, a Delta 10" Tilting Arbor saw was used to cut bracing for recreational boats, and the portion of the blade above the table was not guarded there by exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
