29 CFR 1910.303(c)(3)(i): All splices and joints and the free ends of conductors were not covered with an insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device identified for the purpose.    a.  On or about December 12, 2018, in the facility, employee(s) were exposed to electrical and fire hazards due to an electrical splice on the cord used to supply power to a radial arm saw.  The splice was not repaired with insulation equivalent to the original cord provided by the manufacturer.
