29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were not used only for the purpose for which they were designed. On or about December 10, 2018 an employee was using a 10 foot step ladder as a straight ladder while installing electrical pipes to an electrical control panel outside a commercial building. This condition exposed employee to fall hazards from using ladders that are not designed for the purpose for which it was being used.
