29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) On or about October 31st, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a nine foot fall hazard while installing sheeting on a 6 x 12 pitch roof next to an unprotected edge on a residential house in the vicinity of 4124 Shorefront Place SE in Mandan, North Dakota.     Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1135830,  Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/4/2016, with respect to a workplace located at  3914 Clairmont Road in Bismarck, North Dakota.
