29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:   a) Establishment/Production shop   The Lockout/Tagout written program did not have specific procedures for isolating electrical/hydraulic energies and ensuring no residual energies in the machine, such as, but not limited to Kramer coating machine.    Violation occurred on or about 12/12/2018.
