29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers.    (a)   On or about 11/29/18, at the Home2 Suites under construction, located on 400 Bellwood Drive, in Greece New York, the employer did not cover holes at a doorway, to prevent employees from tripping and falling.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
