29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel:  a) On or about December 13, 2018, in the mechanical shop area, the employer failed to ensure that the employees using the Blue-Point BG-333G bench grinder were protected from injuries by an adjustable tongue guard in case the grinding wheel breaks and the pieces strike hands of the operator.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) On or about December 13, 2018, in the mechanical shop area, the employer failed to ensure that the working space in front of the electrical breakers panels were clear of obstructions. The space in front of the electrical breakers panels in the shop area was used to store a plastic bin and boxes.
