29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used:   a) Exterior of Building B - Metal Roof - Northeast Corner: Employees engaged in metal roofing activities were exposed to approximately 40 foot fall hazard without being trained in the proper erecting of the fall protection system, on or about 12/3/18.
