The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a. On or about December 17, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee operating a JLG telescopic boom aerial lift, approximately forty (40') feet above the ground, was not wearing personal fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to falls.
