29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. (a) ePac Boulder, LLC at 1772 Prairie Way, Suite H&I in Louisville CO 80027: On and before December 19, 2018 the employer did not implement and maintain a complete and up to date written hazard communication program that pertains to the use of dyes, inks, and solvents used to perform automated printing operations. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
