29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about December 18, 2018, throughout the facility, the employer failed to ensure 3 fire extinguishers had current annual maintenance checks. The inspection tag on one fire extinguisher denoted January 2005 as the last inspection date and the other October 1992. The third fire extinguisher did not have an inspection tag.
