29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):  A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    a. 1711 NJ-10, Morris Plains, NJ 07950     Subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 25 feet to the ground while on an aerial lift without any means of fall arrest system such as a harness and lanyard attached to the basket.    Violation was observed on or about 12/19/2018
