29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:     On or about 12/13/2018, at 56 Emerald Woods Drive, Naples, FL, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while standing on a pallet which was elevated with the use of a rough terrain forklift, thus exposing the worker to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to ground level.
