The 55 gallon drums observed with attached grounding cables were not connected to conductive objects with a direct path to earth or grounded.

C-632, which is a category 2 flammable liquid, from a 55 gallon drum into smaller metal containers were not trained to verify the bonding cable between the 55 gallon drum and the transfer container was properly installed.  c) On or about February 21, 2019, employees cleaning the Eclipse #2 Press with Commerce Industrial Chemicals, Inc. C-632 were not trained that deformed glove fingers indicate the glove protective features had been compromised against the potential skin absorption hazards of Commerce Industrial Chemicals, Inc. C-632.
