(a)  The white Ingersoll Rand air compressor in the paint area sometimes emitted sparks from the motor when it was set on auto and it restarted itself while employees were spray painting. (a)  On January 14, 2019, an welder was observed wearing regular prescription glasses with safety side shields instead of safety glasses that met the requirements of ANSI Z-87.1 Occupational and Educational Personal Eye and Face Protection Devices.
