29 CFR 1910.213(i)(1): Non-working portion(s) of the blade of bandsaw(s) were not enclosed or guarded:        On January 3, 2019 at the Fiskars Brands Inc. facility located at 140 Corum Road in Excelsior Springs, Mo. - Employees were exposed to sharp edges from the nonworking portion of blade on the bandsaw, in that the blade was not covered or guarded to prevent injuries to the hands and/or fingers.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:    On January 3, 2019 at the Fiskars Brands Inc. facility located at 140 Corum Road in Excelsior Springs, Mo. - Employees were exposed to a struck by hazard from a Black and Decker Bench Grinder, in the Maintenance Shop, which had tongue guards that were improperly adjusted in excess of one-fourth inch.
