29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms are more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface were not used:  a) 908 Belmont St.,  Springfield, MA: On or about December 31, 2018, two employees were climbing the sides of the tubular steel welded frame scaffold in use at this location to reach their working level which was 20 (plus) feet above the ground, and this scaffold was not designed to be climbed in this fashion.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
