29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii):Personnel fall arrest systems when stopping a fall  were not rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level:    a) 117 West St., Ware, MA: On or about December 4, 2018 employees were observed working on the roof of tis restaurant with their fall protection rigged so that if they fell off this roof, they would contact the ground below.     Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
