29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(E): Refresher training, including an evaluation of the effectiveness of that training shall be conducted when a condition in the workplace changes in a manner that could affect safe operation of the truck: Establishment: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees are permitted to operate powered industrial trucks without specific training for the establishment's environment. On January 9, 2019, it was determined that operators of powered industrial trucks were not specifically trained to operate the powered industrial trucks for the specific work conditions at the establishment. The operators were trained and certified at different employers' workplaces.
