29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Machine Guarding on the Lantech S-300XT Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapper number 3 was inadequate to prevent employees exposure to as follows: An entrapment hazard created between the rotating arm and the load, a pinch point hazard created between the rotating arm and the floor support, and a pinch point created between the rotating arm and the upright support.  Employees, passing through the light curtains at the end of the cage, were not protected from reactivation while conducting operations such as, but not limited to, attaching wrapping film to the load.
