29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about December 20, 2018 - 6860 Governors West NW, Huntsville, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14-34 feet when the employees removed guardrails at the breezeway in order to load pallets of showers onto the second, third, and fourth floors.  No fall protection was used when the guardrails were removed.
