29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:  a) 169 Boatyard Rd, Reedville, VA 22539: On or about January 10, 2019, and times prior thereto, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program to include medical evaluation, fit-testing and other elements, prior to required use of respirators, including 3M full-face elastomeric negative pressure respirators, exposing employees to respiratory hazards.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a) 169 Boatyard Rd, Reedville, VA 22539: On or about January 10, 2019, and times prior thereto, the portion of the saw blade above the table on the Delta Unisaw table saw S/N#113-2362, used to cut wood for boat building and repair work, was not guarded, exposing employees to amputation hazards.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) 169 Boatyard Rd, Reedville, VA 22539: On or about January 10, 2019, and times prior thereto, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program where employees used hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to fiberglass resins and boat paints, containing toluene, xylene, acetone and other hazardous chemicals, exposing employees to potential eye, skin and respiratory irritation and distress and central nervous system effects.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
