29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Building 2 - On or about January 9, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an employee was installing siding from the roof of the building using a rope grab system as personal fall arrest. The rope had a large excess of slack in it which would allow the employee to fall to the ground in the event of a fall.
