29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a. On or about January 10, 2019, on the stage plank scaffold erected on the back roof, an employee installing soffit was exposed to a 14 feet fall hazard in that the scaffold did not have guard rails and no other fall protection system was in use. ROV Siding, Inc, a predecessor entity to Estates Home Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1241104, citation number 001, item number 002a and was affirmed as a final order on November 22, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2408 Alexia Circle, Jacksonville, Florida.
