OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and/or amputation hazards:    (a) Facility, 4201 Arnold Avenue, Lower Burrell, PA:  On or before January 7, 2019 the latch bars on vehicle 6008 were bent and not capable of being locked onto a dumpster during the transferring of trash exposing employees to potential crushing hazards should the dumpster slide and pinch/strike any exposed body parts between the dumpster and the vehicle.
