29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure.    a. Extended Studio Hotel - On or about January 15, 2019, The employer had not established a Bloodborne Pathogens Program. Employees were exposed to needlesticks and other potentially infectious material when cleaning the rooms and surroundings.     The Shanti Hospitality LLC DBA Extended Studio Hotel  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1030(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1245107, citation number 1 , item number 2  and was affirmed as a final order on 10/4/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 881 East River Place, Jackson MS 39202.

Extended Studio Hotel - On or about January 15, 2019, the employer had not developed and implemented a hazard communication program for employees who were exposed to chemical burns and respiratory conditions.    The Shanti Hospitality LLC DBA Extended Studio Hotel  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1245107, citation number 1 , item number 3  and was affirmed as a final order on 10/4/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 881 East River Place, Jackson MS 39202.
