29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a- Back Side of Building - 101 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below, when performing roof shingle rip, tear, replace, and other related activities while walking and working from steep pitched roofs without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 01/15/19.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
