29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.  Location - 17 Holland Street, Somerville, MA.  On or about January 16, 3019, an employee was working/walking on a roof greater than thirty feet above lower level and was not protected from falling.   The John DeCourcey Roofing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1234035, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/20/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Highland Commons E, Hudson, MA 01749.
