29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews.    a.  On or about January 16, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting masonry operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold, ten (10') feet six (6) inches above the ground, were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of a complete guardrail system.
