Employees used the  cutter on a daily basis exposing them to electrical shock.  Condition observed on or about January 17, 2019

Employees were not provided with the information required by the Hazard Communication Standard including but not limited to the hazards associated with the use of flammables, and the information on and the location of the Safety Data Sheets.   Condition observed on or about January 17, 2019.
