29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      (a)  On or about 01/14/19, during the re-construction and framing, at the Villager Apartments, located on 3008 Brockport Road, in Spencerport, New York, employees working on an elevated platform 20 feet above ground level were exposed to open sides without the use of fall protection.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
