29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. On or about January 17, 2019, back balcony Unit 404, two employees painting were not protected from falling 10 feet to the ground by use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.    b. On or about January 17, 2019, back balcony Unit 422, one employee was throwing excess wood planks from the balcony and was not protected from falling 10 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
