29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about 01/02/2019, in the men's and women's rest rooms, celling tiles and floors were not kept as clean as possible. The rest rooms exhibited dark discoloration that may contain growth of mold.
