29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours:  a. On or about 9:25 AM January 11th 2019 at 9801 Recycle Center Rd, Orlando, FL 32824, an employee suffered a work related puncture injury on his left hand and was hospitalized for surgery. The employer was aware of the hospitalization on January 11th 2019 at 9:46 AM. The employer notified OSHA on 01/14/2019 at 3:00 PM of the in-patient hospitalization.
