29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):  At this establishment, prior to backing up the Powered Industrial Truck, being used to back IMCO conveyor back out of seed bin, the operator failed to look in the direction of travel and keep a clear view of the path of travel:  On or about January 13, 2019, at this facility, employees required to operate powered industrial truck to back out a IMCO conveyor from a seed bin did not have clear path of travel, exposing employee to caught-in-between and/or crushing hazards.
