Port of Anchorage, building 2303, adjacent to the parts issue room and bay 1; on or about 22 January 2019 and times prior thereto; boxes and totes stored on warehouse storage racks were not secured in a stable manner to prevent falling. This condition exposed employees to a struck by hazard.
