29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a) On or about 1/23/19 at a project located at 3475 Southwestern Boulevard, Orchard Park, New York;  an employee was using an extensible boom lift to access work areas while repairing light fixtures in the parking lot of a car dealership. The employee in the lift did not have harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
